Embroidery MOQ, Pricing and Lead Time: Stock vs Custom Orders

There is no single MOQ, price or lead time for every embroidered product. The first distinction is whether you are buying an available style or developing a custom design. At Zhijin, we confirm these conditions for the specific product and order, so buyers can plan around a quotation that matches what they actually need.
Stock orders depend on current availability
Some in-stock styles can be purchased from one sale unit. That unit must be confirmed for the product: it does not mean that every style can be ordered as one yard, one roll or one individual piece.
Stock quantities, colors and delivery arrangements should be checked before payment or an order commitment. An existing product page shows a style, but it is not a live inventory confirmation. Send the product reference and required quantity so our sales team can check the current situation.
Custom MOQ depends on the development specification
For custom embroidery, MOQ depends on the design, materials, colors, technique and production arrangement. A stock-order minimum cannot be applied automatically to a new pattern or custom material combination.
If you are testing a product, explain the trial quantity and the possible follow-up requirement. We can discuss the request against the actual design. Product-page MOQ information and the written quotation should be read together, and any difference should be clarified before ordering.
Provide a complete quotation request
Embroidery pricing is affected by pattern, material, width, workmanship, order quantity, stock availability and customization. Comparing two prices is only useful when they refer to the same product specification and supply arrangement.
Send a product code or clear reference image with your required quantity and use. For a custom order, add the target dimensions, material and color references. Tell us whether special labels or packing are required, and where the goods need to be sent.
- Product code, product link or artwork
- Width, dimensions, material and color references
- Quantity and the unit being purchased
- Stock purchase or custom development
- Packing requirements and delivery destination
- Required dispatch or arrival date
Separate sampling, production and transport
An order schedule may include design confirmation, sample development, buyer review, bulk production, finishing, packing and shipping. Ask which stage a quoted lead time covers.
For example, our development information describes approximately ten working days for a 2,000-yard imitation hand-crochet embroidered lace order, including production-related drying, finishing and packing. This is an indicative example for that product and quantity, not a standard lead time for every order. Material availability and the confirmed production schedule still need to be checked.
If an event or collection launch has a fixed deadline, share it early. A requested arrival date should also allow for the selected transport method.
Confirm the order conditions in writing
Before placing the order, confirm the accepted sample or product reference, specifications, quantity, price, packing and delivery arrangement. Clarify whether the quoted time refers to readiness for dispatch or arrival at the destination.
Zhijin's sales team provides service from 08:00 to 22:00 Beijing time. Send the complete product information with your inquiry so that the response can address your actual order rather than an unspecified general price.
Discuss your embroidery project
Send Zhijin your product reference, quantity and required delivery date for a quotation based on the current stock or custom production arrangement.
