Confirm the packing unit for the product

Standard packing may be by piece, roll, bag or carton, depending on the product. Confirm how the style is measured and packed, especially when ordering lace by length or appliqués by piece count.

If the goods will be divided between several styles or colors, provide the relevant packing instructions with the order. Confirm the quantity and product reference associated with each packing unit so that the delivery can be checked against the purchase requirement.

Provide labels, barcode and carton-mark requirements

Customized packing services can include labels, barcode labels, carton marks and individual packing. Send the required label content and format before packing is arranged.

If your warehouse or freight forwarder has receiving instructions, provide them at the same time. Do not assume that a product label, a buyer reference and the forwarder's warehouse identification are interchangeable; confirm which information is needed for your shipment.

Discuss express, air or sea shipment

Available shipping arrangements include express services such as DHL, FedEx or UPS, as well as air or sea shipping. Confirm which options are available for the actual order and destination.

Share your required arrival date and delivery address when requesting the arrangement. Ask what the freight quotation covers and confirm the agreed delivery terms, any destination charges and the party responsible for receiving the goods. This guide does not set a universal freight price or transit time.

Deliver to your appointed freight forwarder in China

If you use a China freight forwarder, Zhijin can discuss delivery to its warehouse in Guangzhou, Yiwu, Shenzhen or another appointed location. Provide the exact warehouse address and receiving contact rather than only the city name.

Also send the forwarder's shipment reference, carton-mark instructions and any required receiving date. Delivery to the China warehouse and onward international transport are separate arrangements; clarify where each party's responsibility begins and ends.

Check the dispatch details before goods leave

Before dispatch, reconfirm product references, quantities, packing, labels, delivery address and the agreed shipment arrangement. If you need pre-shipment photos, video or inspection, request it before the goods are released.

Production readiness and transport time should be planned separately. If your deadline changes, contact the sales team early so that the available production and delivery options can be discussed.
