How wholesale buying works
Mixed small trial orders
Available stock can be purchased without a minimum total order value. Mix styles in small quantities; confirm each style and colour quantity on WhatsApp. The same stock-order rules apply to your first purchase and repeat stock purchases.
Factory prices for wholesale partners
Wholesalers are long-term partners, not simply one-off customers. We aim to supply competitive products for resale. Greater combined quantities across styles can receive an agreed volume discount. Ask for itemised product, packing and freight costs; freight is charged separately according to the actual arrangement.
Confirm stock, then dispatch within 3 days
Most styles have stock options, but colour and quantity change. Contact us for the current availability of your references. Confirmed in-stock orders dispatch within 3 days. For production or custom work, confirm a separate schedule; dispatch is not the arrival date.
Plan repeat supply before the first order
Ask whether your chosen reference is a current popular line and whether we normally keep it in stock. Stock reorders follow the stock rules above. Repeat production generally starts from USD 500 in goods value, subject to the reference. We compare approved samples and Pantone references; some batch shade variation is unavoidable. Materials remain as approved; changes are communicated in advance.
Know the unit and the delivered form
Continuous lace, trim and fabric are quoted by the yard; collars and individual appliques by the piece. Roll lengths vary, commonly 10 or 15 yards for trim. Strips are generally without joins; confirm the reference’s usable length and finished dimensions. Applicable water-soluble processing, setting and finishing are completed before factory dispatch.
Support for your own selling operation
Ask us for numbered sample books, catalogues, product photographs and videos for your sales preparation. We can label using your product codes and pack by colour as agreed. Tell us how you plan to use the supplied media so the appropriate files can be confirmed for your shop.
Packing, consolidation and your forwarder
We offer woven sacks, cartons, waterproof bags and shipping marks. Mixed styles can be consolidated. We can deliver to your Guangzhou, Yiwu or other specified Chinese warehouse, or arrange an agreed overseas destination. Before dispatch, we provide quantities, weight, carton dimensions, a packing list and packing video. Freight is separate; we record the dispatch process for you.
Report order issues within 15 days of receipt
For shortages, damage, colour discrepancies or similar issues, contact us within 15 days after receipt. Keep product references, affected quantities and photographs or video so we can check the issue. If it is our responsibility, we will work with you to resolve it.

We update products on our website and welcome different forms of cooperation. Ask about new catalogues, custom colours, packing or other partnership ideas. Special arrangements are discussed individually; the website does not grant automatic regional exclusivity.
